Nepal is fast gaining popularity as a go-to destination for MICE ( Meeting, Incentive, Conference, Event) tourism. Whether it is weddings, sports events, corporate meetings, or international fairs, Nepal can be a perfect host.

In recent years there has been significant growth in Nepal in the number of five and four-star hotels, convention halls, and theaters to accommodate this segment of tourism. The Hotel Association of Nepal (HAN) is preparing an action plan to meet the increasing demand for MICE tourism.

Nepal has regular international flights from India and China as well as the Middle East, Europe, and the Pacific. Three international airports are in operation in Kathmandu, Pokhara, and Bhairahawa.
