Shivapuri Trekking (tented)

Shivapuri trekking is a short, and easy trek near Kathmandu Valley. As the name suggests the trail takes us towards Shivapuri National Park, situated north of Kathmandu.
The park is renowned for watershed and wildlife reserve and a popular recreational spot. Shivapuri trekking can be done through out the year.

The trekking offers a rare glimpse of the culture of Tamangs, who are original inhabitants of areas in the immediate vicinity of Kathmandu Valley. The trail starts from Budhanilkantha, and ends either at Changunaragan or at Dhulikhel. T

The trek offers the splendid sights of mountain ranges and Kathmandu valley, sunset and sunrise from Nagarkot, flora and fauna.
